Export Control Law of the PRC
China's first dedicated export control statute, adopted by the NPC Standing Committee, sets the legal basis for control lists, licensing, temporary controls of up to two years, end-user/end-use review and a controlled-party list. It also covers re-export, transit and transshipment and underpins later mineral-related export control announcements.
