National Raw Materials Strategy (Nationale Grondstoffenstrategie)
Strategy agreed by the cabinet to improve medium-term security of supply of critical raw materials and semi-finished products for Dutch and European industry, for uses such as batteries, semiconductors, medical devices and solar panels. It aims to build Dutch refining, processing and logistics roles, promote circularity and less scarce alternatives, and reduce impacts on people and the environment, in an EU framework.
