Indian magnesite producer incorporated in 1971, with its registered office in Almora, Uttarakhand, opencast mines near Jhiroli and works at Matela, Bageshwar district; it makes dead-burnt, calcined and light-calcined magnesite. It is a joint venture of SIIDCUL (41%), TRL Krosaki Refractories (39%) and Steel Authority of India (20%).
