Polish zinc and lead smelter at Miasteczko Śląskie, built from 1960 under an Imperial Smelting Process licence, with its first zinc and lead from the shaft furnace in October 1968. Besides zinc and lead it runs zinc-oxide, sulphuric-acid and lead-refinery units.
