Guinean bauxite company created by presidential decree in 2025 and wholly owned by the Republic of Guinea. It mines bauxite at Tinguilinta, runs a rail corridor to Kamsar and exports through the port of Kamsar in Boké, and has a gold joint venture with Resolute Mining.
