   USA Rare Earth agreed to acquire Serra Verde Group, which operates the Pela Ema rare earth mine in Brazil, for about USD 2.8 billion, together with a 15-year offtake of 100% of output by a US government-backed SPV with NdPr, Dy and Tb price floors.
