   GEM and PT Vale Indonesia signed a project investment framework agreement, witnessed by Indonesia's president, to build an HPAL plant in Central Sulawesi turning ore from a PT Vale block into MHP, with possible precursor and cathode plants.

   Ford Motor Co.; Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt → PT Vale Indonesia Tbk · Pomalaa Block HPAL project (PT Kolaka Nickel Indonesia)

   PT Vale Indonesia, Huayou and Ford signed a definitive agreement under which all three take equity in the Pomalaa Block HPAL project, planned to produce up to 120,000 t/y of nickel in MHP from 2026 using PT Vale ore.
