Zimbabwean chromite miner and ferrochrome producer, established in 1926 and majority-owned by China's state-owned Sinosteel Corporation. It mines chromite along the Great Dyke, including at Shurugwi, Mashava, Lalapanzi, Ngezi and Mutorashanga, also buys from small and medium-scale miners, and smelts ferrochrome at Kwekwe.
